As per Government instruction, Red Hill CE Primary School is closed. We will provide relevant updates as required on our "tickertape" below, Latest News section, the weekly newsletter and via text messages. For those parents and carers using our emergency provision, please consider this as an option of last resort; if you have other safe options for your child, then please use them.
We are asking for your help on behalf of Pitmaston Primary School pupil, Oscar Saxelby-Lee. Red Hill, along with many other city schools, will be holding a non-uniform day to provide some of the funds for a second transplant or to enrol Oscar onto CAR-T therapy.
For those who are unaware, Oscar is a five year old boy fighting T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. This has been ongoing for nine months. Unfortunately, the recent stem cell transplant has not cured him and he urgently needs further expensive treatment; £500,000.
On Monday 23rd September, we will be holding a non-uniform day, with loose change donations. For those who wish to donate further, please visit Virgin Money and search for ‘Hand in Hand for Oscar’
